Chairman He is a self made man who worked his way through college. His business initiation was with the first Filipino-owned conglomerate, performing concurrent assignments as publications editor, personnel manager, and sports coordinator. He started his own business with skills training center that pioneered in "study-now-pay-later plan." He eventually shifted to trading and consultancy activities, that led him to extensive travels worldwide. His obsession is to perpetuate a scholarship program for poor and deserving students from his home province. |
